Our history
Verso Wealth Management Liverpool began life as Pavis Financial Management in 1992, becoming part of the Verso Wealth Group in January 2022.
For over 30 years they have helped clients in the Northwest and across the UK build, manage, and protect their wealth to achieve financial and life success. They were one of very few firms in the UK to gain both the PFS Chartered Financial Planning firm status and the CISI Accredited Financial Planning Firm status and won multiple industry awards, most recently Accredited Financial Planning Firm of the Year 2023 by the CISI and making the New Model Adviser Top 100 list for 10 years running.

Supporting our community
The Whitechapel Centre is the leading homeless and housing charity in the Liverpool region. They work with people who are sleeping rough, living in hostels or struggling to manage their accommodation. And they are committed to helping people find and maintain a home and learn the life skills essential for independent living.

In addition to supporting The Whitechapel Centre, we also sponsor the West Kirby Under 9s football team, part of West Kirby United, one of the largest junior football clubs in the UK. The football club are truly inclusive running multiple teams per age group, with an overriding ethos of enjoyment and fun.

Supporting our professional communities
Within our team, Julie Calvert, and Carly Dunningham have both held the position of President of the Insurance Institute of Liverpool and both remain active on the committee.
Julie Calvert is a previous chair and Carly Dunningham is currently chair of Financial Liverpool, a society for professionals working in the financial services sector in Merseyside. Members include financial advisors and planners, discretionary fund managers, pension providers and private client lawyers.
Quentin McCormick, was formerly both regional chairman for The Institute of Financial Planning and chairman for the CISI Accredited Firms Steering Committee. He also sits on the committee that judges the CISI Accredited Firm of the Year Award.
